REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY -Â FAULTY ITEMS (sales within Australia only)
Should your item be faulty when it arrives, please email our store at returns@4x4offroadworld.com with order/invoice number and details of the problem and we will endeavor to rectify the situation.Â
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Do not return the item until we have approved the return and have sent further instructions.Â

As we do not keep stock on hand and all our products are individually sourced once the buyer has purchased, we will use our discretion as to whether we can accept a return if you purchase the wrong product or simply change your mind. If we agree to accept a return, you will be responsible to pay for return tracked shipping and original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Some items may also attract a restocking fee and return delivery fee according to the terms of each individual supplier.
Any payments made by Paypal and refunded due to change of mind, will be refunded less the fee that we were charged by Paypal for the initial transaction.Â

There may be a delay if the product you are wanting to exchange for is not in stock.Â
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please take careful consideration when purchasing from outside Australia as we cannot offer exchanges or refunds due to freight costs and time it takes to return items to our suppliers within their returns time frame.Â
