Shipping policy

Shipping price will be calculated during check out before being directed to our secure payment page.

Our handling time frame is usually anywhere between 3-10 business days, with some pillarpods, roof consoles and airbag kits taking up to 3 weeks. We will aim to ship all orders in the quickest time possible.

Our rates are set using Australia Post's average pricing to most metro areas. We may choose to use a courier like Aramex or Couriers Please where the area we are delivering to has a much higher rate than we charged for the order and a courier has a lower rate.  We do however mostly ship with Aus Post. **Please advise us if you prefer a courier not be used. 

Should postage rates be much lower than charged at the time of booking, we will issue a partial refund. 

Pick up in store is available from our workshop in Carrara QLD. If you select pick up in store, we will notify you when your order is ready to collect.
